1. Who We Are
Fashion Fortunes Limited is a prize draw based business which operates in Great Britain. Our email address is info@fashionfortunes.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
Our competitions are open to GB residents aged 18 or over. Employees, agents, or affiliates of Fashion Fortunes, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Proof of age and residency may be required before prizes are awarded.
Qualifying persons
Through the Website, we operate skill-based prize competitions (the “Competition(s)”), resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions and the GB Gambling Act 2005. All Competitions are run via our Website and all Competition draws (“Draw(s)”) are conducted by using an independent third-party random ticket selector. All such players who enter into a Competition (“Entrants)”) and who participate in the Competition and the Draws are subject to these terms and conditions, hereafter referred to as the “Competition Terms.”
3. How to Enter/ postal entry
To enter a competition, purchase a ticket and answer the skill-based question correctly. Entries that do not include a correct answer will not qualify. Postal entries must be received by the closing date and time of that competition as stated on our website and correctly answer the qualifying question in order to be entered into the competition draw . To enter the competition or Instant Wins by postal method, Entrants must first create an account on our Website prior to undertaking the Postal Entry.
Postal entries must be submitted via an unenclosed postcard and include the following details that match the account created on the site:
Full name
Billing/Postal address
Competition name being entered (for standard Competitions, but not required for Instant Wins).
Answer to the skill-based question
Confirmation of agreement to these terms and conditions
Confirmation of being over 18 years of age

The decision of the promoter is final, and no appeals or disputes will be entertained
Postal entries must be received by the closing date and time of that competition as stated on our website and correctly answer the qualifying question in order to be entered into the competition draw. We are not responsible for lost or delayed entries.
By submitting a free entry, Entrants agree to abide by all competition rules and these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules.
Bulk postal entries in one envelope will not be submitted into the the specified competition and only one entry from that envelope will be submitted into the specified competition. All postal entries must be submitted separately and only one entry per postcard will be accepted into the specified competitions.
All postal entrants can still enter discounted prizes draws, you still have the same chance of winning. Entries submitted via the paid ticket route and entries submitted via the free postal entry route are treated equally and have the same chance of winning each advertised prize.
4. Entry Fees
Each competition will display the cost per ticket. All payments must be made via the secure payment gateway provided. Once an entry is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, and entry fees are non-refundable, except in cases outlined in Section 8.
5. Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries using an independently verified process. The winner’s name and competition result will be displayed on the website and may be used for promotional purposes (see Section 9 for details).
6. Prizes/Cash alternative
Prizes are clearly stated on each competition page. In cases where a cash alternative is offered, the winner can choose between the prize and the cash amount specified. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.
The cash alternative offered is the same value as the original prize.
7. Unclaimed Prizes
Winners will be contacted using the details provided during entry. If we are unable to contact the winner within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited, and we will re-draw the winner from the correct entries that were received before the closing date and time using the same method as the original draw.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Competitions draws will proceed once the competitions has closed at the draw date and time as stated in each competition regardless of ticket sales. We will only cancel or change the advertised draw date and time of our competitions in very exceptional and unavoidable circumstances beyond your control which makes necessary to do.
9. Publicity
By entering a competition, you agree that Fashion Fortunes may use your name, photograph, and general location for promotional purposes if you win. If you do not wish to participate in publicity, please let us know by contacting info@fashionfortunes.co.uk.
10. Liability
” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fashion Fortunes Limited shall not have any liability to you or any winner in connection with or arising from any draw howsoever caused, including costs, expenses, damages and any other liabilities, provided that nothing in this clause shall limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. Our total maximum aggregate liability to each winner shall be limited to the total value of any one prize. Our total maximum aggregate liability for non-winners shall be limited to the amount paid to enter the draw.
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any: (a) losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when these terms were formed; (b) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part; (c) business losses; and(d) losses to non-consumers.”
11. Data Protection

12. Amendments
Fashion Fortunes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take immediate effect.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Sizing
While we work hard with our official retailers to get you the size that you require, sometimes this may not always be available. If that is the case then cash alternative for the chosen raffle will be award to the winner.
15. Winning the Prize
Following our successful verification of the winner (and we reserve the right to verify the winner in our sole and absolute discretion) we will contact you to arrange the free delivery of your prize to the address in Great Britain as stated on your account.
