Our competitions are open to GB residents aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required before claiming a prize.

Winners are selected at random from all correct entries using an independently verified draw process.

Following our successful verification of the winner (and we reserve the right to verify the winner in our sole and absolute discretion) we will contact you to arrange the free delivery of your prize to the address in Great Britain as stated on your account. 

Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets for a competition, subject to the terms and conditions of that specific draw.

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers to ensure your financial data is protected.

Competitions draws will proceed once the competitions has closed at the draw date and time as stated in each competition regardless of ticket sales. We will only cancel or change the advertised draw date and time of our competitions in very exceptional and unavoidable circumstances beyond your control which makes necessary to do.

Once entered, tickets are non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled, in which case your entry fee will be refunded.

Bulk postal entries in one envelope will not be submitted into the the specified competition and only one entry from that envelope will be submitted into the specified competition. All postal entries must be submitted separately and only one entry per postcard will be accepted into the specified competitions. Only one entry per competition will be accepted per person.
