1. Who We Are
Fashion Fortunes is a UK-based competition website offering raffles for luxury fashion prizes. Our email address is info@fashionfortunes.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
Our competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees, agents, or affiliates of Fashion Fortunes, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Proof of age and residency may be required before prizes are awarded.
Qualifying persons
Through the Website, we operate skill-based prize competitions (the “Competition(s)”), resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions and the UK Gambling Act 2005. All Competitions are run via our Website and all Competition draws (“Draw(s)”) are conducted by using an independent third-party random ticket selector. All such players who enter into a Competition (“Entrants)”) and who participate in the Competition and the Draws are subject to these terms and conditions, hereafter referred to as the “Competition Terms.”
3. How to Enter/Free postal entry
To enter a competition, purchase a ticket and answer the skill-based question correctly. Entries that do not include a correct answer will not qualify. Entries must be made before the closing date specified for each competition. To enter the competition or Instant Wins by free postal method, Entrants must first create an account on our Website prior to undertaking the Free Postal Entry.
Free entries must be submitted via an unenclosed postcard and include the following details that match the account created on the site:
Full name
Billing/Postal address
Competition name being entered (for standard Competitions, but not required for Instant Wins).
Answer to the skill-based question
Confirmation of agreement to these terms and conditions
Confirmation of being over 18 years of age

The decision of the promoter is final, and no appeals or disputes will be entertained
Free entries must be received and processed on the last working day before the competition closing date to be valid. This is due to the additional administrative processes that are only available during working hours, excluding weekends. Late entries will not be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or delayed entries.
By submitting a free entry, Entrants agree to abide by all competition rules and these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules.
4. Entry Fees
Each competition will display the cost per ticket. All payments must be made via the secure payment gateway provided. Once an entry is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, and entry fees are non-refundable, except in cases outlined in Section 8.
5. Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries using an independently verified process. The winner’s name and competition result will be displayed on the website and may be used for promotional purposes (see Section 9 for details).
6. Prizes
Prizes are clearly stated on each competition page. In cases where a cash alternative is offered, the winner can choose between the prize and the cash amount specified. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.
7. Unclaimed Prizes
Winners will be contacted using the details provided during entry. If we are unable to contact the winner within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
If a competition does not meet the required number of entries by the closing date, we reserve the right to extend the closing date or cancel the competition. If the competition is cancelled, entry fees will be refunded to participants within 14 days.
9. Publicity
By entering a competition, you agree that Fashion Fortunes may use your name, photograph, and general location for promotional purposes if you win. If you do not wish to participate in publicity, please let us know by contacting info@fashionfortunes.co.uk.
10. Liability
Fashion Fortunes is not responsible for:
- Entries not received due to technical issues.
- Delays in prize delivery caused by third-party couriers.
- Losses or damages resulting from your participation in the competition, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) to protect your personal data. For more information on how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
12. Amendments
Fashion Fortunes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take immediate effect.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Sizing
While we work hard with our official retailers to get you the size that you require, sometimes this may not always be available. If that is the case then cash alternative for the chosen raffle will be award to the winner
